Client Testimonials

We had an amazing stay at Margouya 2! The old, big house with the garden is very pretty, beds are super comfy, everything very clean, the atmosphere is very familiar, the kitchen and living room with a huge film collection just great, but the best are the hosts, that have such a wonderful hospitality and many valuable tips and contacts! We enjoyed barbecues, chats and many outdoor activities there and hope to come back soon! Thank you for everything! Cloudy and Hans.

This is definitely the best hostel I have been to in Chile. Pièrre and Constanza know what travellers needs are. Their hostel meets them all (with such neat details as your own lock to really solid lockers or a separate computer in the dorm). With their welcoming warm and helpful attitude they make it easy to feel at home. Go there if you can.

My favorite hostel in all of South America! The staff is fantastic-friendly, approachable, accommodating, and so kind! The kitchen facilities are really stellar, and the common areas for eating/mingling are a plus. Great fireplace stoves for the cooler weather, and heaters in private rooms. Coffee/tea 24 hours. Very close to main town area (5 min walk) and grocery store. Huge movie collection for rainy days. Felt like home. So welcoming! LOVE.

This hostel has a lot of character in a beautiful listed building. The owners Pierre and Constanza and the staff are easy going, friendly and interesting and run the hostel because they genuinely like to meet different types of folk on their travels. Very sociable place where they immediately make you feel very comfortable and part of the group staying there. All excursions can be organised in the hostel. Its 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and I can highly recommend.
